Everyone will agree that they do need a Will, but for many reasons keep putting it off. Believe me, this is one thing that should not be put off because we do not know the future. The one thing I can predict about the future is that if something should happen to you, there will be many problems facing your family should you die without leaving a Will. Personally, I have seen close-knit families break up and no longer communicate with each other simply because the parents left no Will, relying upon the sisters and brothers to do the right thing by each other. I know you would not like to see this happen to your family.
Attached is a brochure illustrating many reasons for making a Will, what to include in your Will, etc. I provide a typing service to prepare your Will. Please note, I am not a legal advisor and I cannot offer legal advice. You must decide whom you want to act as your Executor, whom you want to name as the Guardian of your minor children, whom you want to be named as your beneficiaries, etc. You should discuss this with your family members.
I charge a fee of $99.00 per Will, which is very nominal compared to $250.00-500.00+ charged by an attorney. If you do not presently have a Will and have been putting it off for one reason or another, I hope you will consider using my service. If so, read the enclosed brochure, fill out the attached Information Sheet, and send with your check or money order made payable to Irvin Ink to 1600 W. 96th Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307. Your Will will be prepared and returned to you within two weeks.
